To help companies develop and maintain a healthy and resilient workforce and thereby increasing their productivity and competitive advantage.

For many years, Karin Tilney has equipped organisations and individuals with effective stress management techniques.

Karin’s experience extends around the globe and across industries. In South Africa, she has, amongst others, developed and facilitated courses for companies.

Workshops that have been offered by her include:

  • emotional intelligence
  • interpersonal communication skills
  • conflict management
  • resilience
  • depression within the workplace
  • post-traumatic stress
  • giving and receiving negative and positive feedback within the work context.


Internationally, Karin has facilitated workshops in the USA and Switzerland.  Karin has presented at the International Transplant Social Workers Conference and the National Dietetics Conference.  Karin graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree. in Occupational Therapy from the University of Cape Town in South Africa

She also facilitated the debriefing of survivors of the St James Massacre, St Elmos Bomb Blast, The Oceanos Shipping Disaster and The Liberation Struggle.  Karin is a Board Member of Community Cohesion NPO.
